Some good websites:

  • Simpler Machine Learning My website which explains Machine Learning to lay people.
  • California Scientific A pioneer in early commercial neural network software, now focused on motorcycle windscreens. Mark’s take on investing and the Grand Unified Theory of Physics is worthwhile.
  • Caltech Check out the latest at one of the best scientific institutions in the world.
  • The MIT Media Lab I became interested in the MIT Media Lab ever since they briefly started a Media Lab Asia branch in India in 2001. Their partnership with the Indian Government didn’t work out, but their vision was amazing. It remains a great research center.
  • Harvard University Every time I check out the Harvard website, it seems to feature a new research finding in biology. Biology is the next frontier.
  • The Gandhi Website Everything about Mahatma Gandhi. As Einstein put it, “Generations hence, people will scarce believe that such a one as this walked the face of the Earth”.
  • Attention is All You Need The paper that started the Gen AI revolution: on Arxiv.
  • Large Language Models The Wikipedia page on Large Language Models.
  • OpenAI Their Gen AI competitors are compelling, but they remain at the leading edge. I keep up with this website to make sure I haven’t missed the latest.
  • Project Gutenberg Free online books.
